Requirements
Claim the added tile during another player’s promoted Kan declaration. Special rules may also allow robbing a concealed Kan for Thirteen Orphans.
Common scoring mistake
An ordinary open or concealed Kan normally cannot be robbed. The common case is specifically an added Kan.
Values follow common modern Riichi rules. Local and tournament rules may differ, especially for double Yakuman.
